Kinesiologist

Kinesiologist are health professionals that are educated in the body movement. They are specialized in mechanical body movements.
Duties and Responsibilities:Their job is to develop programs for people to stay fit and healthy. They look after people and inform hem for programs that can help their health. They can focus on well being and the health of other people.
Salary: $56,000
Education: To become a Kinesiologist you need to study and get a degree in Kinesiologist. Some of the studies they might night to take are exercise science, athletic training, options in health, and physical education.
Demand for this profession: Demands for this profession are to have a degree, certification or license. Some of the skills you might need to get this job are physical stamina, interpersonal skills, and patience.
Reflection:I think i would like to become one because you get to help others and develop programs. You get to create things that might help a relative or someone you know,

This quote implies that we should try to do what is best for us. For example we should try to do our work more instead of not doing it. Change the way you do things. For example in order to get somewhere on time you need to change your sleeping hours.Maybe go to sleep an hour earlier than you usually do. So you can get on time where you need to be getting to. Or you are not an organized person you can try to change it by getting your time set up.Have a certain schedule. To add on in order to change something that you don’t like in yourself.You need to start thinking of all the ways you want to try to change yourself. Also think of positive and different things you can do in order to change your lifestyle.

                           Christmas/ Winter Break

       During Christmas my family and I spent time together in our Aunts house we spent time and gathered around with our other family members.We ate and gave each other our presents.       Some of the places my family and I went were Round 1.Round 1 is an arcade that is located in the city of industry inside puente hills mall.Their is many  things you can do you can either bowl, sing karaoke, and you can also play games in the arcade.Inside their is a variety of games you can choose from.        During Winter break my uncle took me and my brothers to the Downey theater to see the movie Assassin's Creed. It was a very intense movie the guys mother had killed herself to save the creed. The little boy which was her son started to kill many people to get revenge for what happened to his mother, He was then put in rehab so they could do experiments and test out what was happening back then when the Assassin's were still remaining.Some of the other movies i watched were : all  the Twilight movies, Pitch Perfect 1&2, all of the Step up movies, and much more.  During New Years Eve we all went to my uncles house and celebrated because there was a new year and we were celebrated that we had made it through this year. When the clock hit 12 we all started giving hugs to each other and giving thanks .

                        Class Evaluation

                Things I like about this class is that i get to learn new things about many different people.For example when we do the student success statement we get to see how can something so little affect our life. Also what i really like from this class is that we can relate to things that happens to others that have passed away or succeeded in life or either fail for doing what they were doing. I also liked doing the career warm up because it helped go through the different careers there is.                                     Things i do not like about this class is that we can't get up from our seats.For example say if we need to help someone we will get in trouble.To add on i also dont like that we can't have free time everyday.                                    I recommend that we should be able to get free time for at least 10 minutes daily.If it is either at the end of class or beginning of class so we will not feel that stressed.We can have a bit of time to relax from doing all the work we in this day.                 Something I really like about this class is learning why choosing the right is an important part of our everyday life. Also how it can help us.Not only in school but outside and even with our emotions. I didn't do my best in this class but i tried to finish all my work.Sometimes i would get distracted and start talking.Or sometimes i wouldn't pay attention and zone out.If we have to much to at a period of time as teens we can feel a bit stressed out.                 I am currently not reading my life planning goals at home.When i can read them is at school because i have many things to do at home.For example i need to do my work and many other thing.Especially this week and the last past week has been a very stressful week. With the IDP, finals,and projects we have needed to turn in.                   I am committed to be a ctr person because i want to have a great future.I want to be able to see myself succeed in life.

During the 1st video we saw that the girl was trying to do hr work.While many others from her class were talking with each other and cheating.She didn’t cheat like the others were.She thought about being a ctw person or a ctr person.In the 2nd clip of the video we saw that the teacher had left the students their tests and left. After a couple minutes later they started pulling out their answer sheets and information they would need for their tests.Then a ctr student stood up and said that if they didn’t put that away he would snitch. I guess the kid did not like how the others were paying as much as him to get the same career and were cheating off the teacher.That would not be a good way to pass.

This quote means that when you tell a little lie it will just end up getting bigger than it was before.Others will just add on to what you said and it will become really big. For example when someone lies you need to add more lies to make it seem like that actually happened.So you will just add many other lies at the same time.If a person says that they went somewhere but they didn’t they will tell more lies.They will add lies until all the lies they said back up their claim.Sometimes lies will help you get out of getting into trouble.To add on this also means that don’t tell lies because once they discover you will just get in to deeper trouble.You will get in trouble because of all the lies you said.

The Sting of The Scorpion

Elder Patrick was camping in the desert and his parents told him to always put his shoes on when he would go explore.This day patrick felt like he was just going a take a little walk he wasn’t gonna take long.So he decided to put on his chanclas and go for a stroll.Then while he was walking he felt like a thorn on his leg.When he looked down he saw that a scorpion had just bit him.His parents hurried him to the hospital to which was 2 hour away.Them to were paying the price they didn’t know if he was going to die or survive. What i learned is that if you don’t choose the right you might have consequences for what you do.
