911 Memorial

     On September 11, 2001 about 2,996 people were killed and 6,000 people were injured. On this day terrorist hijacked four of the airplanes and were flying above the U.S. Two of the planes were crashed into the World Trade Center in New York which were also known as the twin towers. Another one was crashed  into the pentagon. The pentagon was the top military building in Washington DC. the capital city. Also the fourth plane crashed in a field in Pennsylvania. On the day 9/11 many people honor the memorial that was crashed and also it gives them time to reflect what has happened over the past years. The world trade center is now rebuild and is open for the people to come visit and reflect. What i thought is that it was a very sad tragedy that happened because the people that died didn't have any fault in what the government and and president was doing. Many people didn't even know what was going on all we know is that a plane was crashed and many people have died. this gives us time to reflect and think what would have happened if we were in the people's place what would we have done?  My first memory that i remember hearing about what happened in 911 was that planes had crashed in the twin towers but i didn't know that they had also crashed planes in the  pentagon and in the field.I also remember that many people had died because of the terrorists that crashed the planes.
